Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrencilerin Dikkatine

2021-2022 Güz Yarıyılı Öncesinde Kayıtlı Olan Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenciler;

Enstitümüz lisansüstü programlarında 2021-2022 Güz yarıyılı öncesinde kayıtlı olan tüm yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenci Bilgi Formunu eksiksiz olarak doldurarak imzalı bir şekilde ekinde kayıt esnasında eksik olan "Okul Tanıma Belgesi (E-Devlet üzerinden alınabilir.) veya YÖK Denklik Belgesi", TÖMER Belgesi (C1) (Varsa), İngilizce Programlar için Yabancı Dil Belgesini (Varsa) (İngilizce Programdan Mezun Olduklarını Gösterir Belge, YDS,TOEFL, YÖKDİL Belgesi veya Üniversitemiz tarafından yapılan yeterlik sınavında başarılı olduklarını gösterir belge) Enstitümüz leeinternationalstudents@dpu.edu.tr mail adresine en geç 10 Ekim 2021 tarihine kadar göndermeleri gerekmektedir. İlgili süre bitimine kadar belge gönderiminde bulunmayan yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin Üniversitemiz Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Başvuru ve Öğrenci Kabul Yönergesi hükümleri uyarınca Enstitümüzden ilişiği kesilecektir.

Okul Tanıma Belgesi Nasıl Alınır?

2021-2022 Güz Yarıyılında Yeni kayıt Hakkı Kazanan Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenciler;

Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenci Bilgi Formunu doldurarak zorunlu oryantasyon eğitim ücretini yatırmaları ve kesin kayıt belgelerinde eksik olan TÖMER Belgesi (C1) (Varsa), İngilizce Programlar için Yabancı Dil Belgesini (Varsa) (İngilizce Programdan Mezun Olduklarını Gösterir Belge, YDS,TOEFL, YÖKDİL Belgesi veya Üniversitemiz tarafından yapılan yeterlik sınavında başarılı olduklarını gösterir belge) Enstitümüz leeinternationalstudents@dpu.edu.tr mail adresine en geç 10 Ekim 2021 tarihine kadar göndermeleri gerekmektedir.

• Yeni kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrenciler için "Okul Tanıma Belgesi (E-Devlet üzerinden alınabilir.) veya YÖK Denklik Belgesi" son teslim tarihi 30 Ekim 2021'dir.
• Zorunlu Oryantasyon Ücreti Formu için tıklayınız. (İlgili formda belirtilen işlemlerin en geç 10 Ekim 2021 tarihine kadar tamamlanması gerekmektedir.)

Okul Tanıma Belgesi Nasıl Alınır?

Yukarıda belirtilen süreler içerisinde işlem yapmayan yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin Üniversitemiz Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Başvuru ve Öğrenci Kabul Yönergesi hükümleri uyarınca Enstitümüzden ilişiği kesilecektir.

Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrencilerin Ders Kayıt Süreci

Belgelerinde eksiklik bulunmayan ve program için gerekli olan dil yeterliliğini sağlayan öğrenciler 19 Ekim-20 Ekim 2021 tarihleri arasında ders kayıtlarını yapabileceklerdir. İlgili öğrencilerin obs.dpu.edu.tr adresine girişte kullanacakları "Kullanıcı Adı" ve "Şifreleri" 18 Ekim 2021 tarihinde ilan edilecektir.

Yabancı Dil Yeterliliğini sağlayamayan öğrencilerin kayıt tarihini izleyen en geç 3 (üç) yarıyıl içerisinde dil yeterlilik koşulunu sağlamaları gerekmektedir. Bu durumdaki öğrenciler Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü Lisansüstü Programlarına Başvurularda Dil Yeterliliği Olmayan Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrencilerin Kabul,  Kayıt Ve Öğrenimi Uygulama Esasları kapsamında gerekli belgeleri Enstitümüze teslim etmeleri halinde aşamaları "Hazırlık" olarak YÖKSİS üzerinde "Aktif" öğrenci olabileceklerdir.

To the Attention of Foreign Students

Foreign Students Registered Before the 2021-2022 Fall Semester;

All foreign students enrolled in the graduate programs of our institute before the 2021-2022 Fall Semester fill out the Foreign Student Information Form completely, signed and attached to the "School Recognition Certificate (Can be obtained via E-Government.) or YÖK Equivalency Certificate", TÖMER Certificate (C1) (if any), Foreign Language Certificate for English Programs (if any) (Document showing that they have graduated from the English Program, YDS, TOEFL, YÖKDİL Certificate or document showing that they have been successful in the proficiency exam held by our University) than they must be sent to their e-mail leeinternationalstudents@dpu.edu.tr mail address by October 10, 2021 at the latest. Foreign students who do not submit documents until the end of the relevant period will be lose registration from our Institute in accordance with the provisions of our University's Graduate Education Application and Student Admission Directive.

Foreign Students who are entitled to new registration in the 2021-2022 Fall Semester;

Filling the Foreign Student Information Form and paying the compulsory orientation education fee and missing the final registration documents, TÖMER Document (C1) (if any), Foreign Language Certificate (If Available) for English Programs (Document Proof of Graduation from the Program in English, YDS, TOEFL, YÖKDİL Certificate or The document showing that they have been successful in the proficiency exam held by our university) must be sent to our institute leeinternationalstudents@dpu.edu.tr until 10 October 2021 at the latest.

• The deadline for the "School Recognition Certificate (can be obtained via e-Government.) or YÖK Equivalency Certificate" for newly registered students is October 30, 2021.
• Click here for the Mandatory Orientation Fee Form. (The procedures specified in the relevant form must be completed by October 10, 2021 at the latest.)

Foreign students who do not take action within the above-mentioned periods will be lose registration from our Institute in accordance with the provisions of our University's Graduate Education Application and Student Admission Directive.

Course Registration Process of Foreign Students

Students who do not have any missing documents and who meet the language proficiency required for the program will be able to register for courses between 19 October-20 October 2021. The "User Name" and "Password" to be used by the interested students to log in to obs.dpu.edu.tr will be announced on October 18, 2021.

Students who cannot provide Foreign Language Proficiency are required to meet the language proficiency requirement within 3 (three) semesters at the latest following the registration date. Students in this situation will be able to become "Active" students on YÖKSİS, if they submit the necessary documents to our Institute within the scope of the Application Principles for Admission, Registration and Learning of Foreign Students without Language Proficiency in Applications to Graduate Education Institute Graduate Programs.
